The Home Builders Association of Virginia has had a long standing relationship with Anthem Blue Cross Blue Shield's Value Added Association Benefit.
Do you have Anthem Health Insurance?
If you are a member of the Home Builders Association of Virginia with 2 to 99 employees and you have an Anthem Health Plan - you are eligible to receive free Value Added Benefits for your employees and their families. This is a program that simply enhances the coverage that you already have. (It does not change your agent or specific health plan.)
What does it cost?
NOTHING…You do not have to pay any additional premiums for these value-added benefits. Because you are a member of the HBAV, Anthem will include these enhanced benefits free of charge.
What does it include?
Life Insurance - $10,000 per employee, $2,000 per spouse, $2,000 per child
Resource Advisor – up to three (3) legal and/or financial consultations for all employees, 24/7 telephone counseling and referral services, web site resources for child and elder care databases, wellness information, wills, and power of attorney forms
Travel Assistance – Provides emergency medical assistance, travel services, and pre-departure information for members in case a medical emergency arises while traveling 100+ miles from home
Healthy Lifestyles – part of Health 360, a web-based incentive program that helps transform unhealthy habits into positive ones by focusing on changing behavior
