The business sessions were very informative. A special thank you to Mr. Bradley F. Hunter for his “Overview of the National Housing Market(s)" and to Mr. Bob Schultz for keeping members focused with his presentation of “Staying Focused in a Challenged Market”. Mr. Charles Morando educated members on “A BLU-PRINT for Success in a Down Market” and James Dougherty showed members the prospects of new neighborhood designs through “Neo-Traditional Design: How to Get it Right/Common Mistakes to Avoid”.
